1023. Charles Wilcox ⁽¹³⁴⁷⁾ was born on 14 Nov 1750 in Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT. He has reference number 608. He resided in Whitestown, Oneida Co., NY. "Early Settlers of Simsbury" states that he first married Thanks Mills and had three children but that he lost this entire family in the dysentery epidemic which raged in Simsbury in August and September, 1776. Charles married, second, Abigail, daughter of Captain Zacheus Case, and lost two more children in a subsequent epidemic.

He was married to Thanks Mills in 1771. Thanks Mills died in 1776. Charles Wilcox and Thanks Mills had the following children:

1901 i. Philemon Wilcox was born in 1772. He died in 1776.
1902 ii. Charles Wilcox was born in 1774. He died in 1776.
1903 iii. Billy Wilcox was born in 1775. He died in 1776.

He was married to Abigail Case (daughter of Zaccheus Case and Abigail Barber). Abigail Case was born in 1759. Charles Wilcox and Abigail Case had the following children:

1904 i. Abigail Wilcox⁽¹³⁴⁸⁾ was born about 1780 in West Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.
1905 ii. Thanks Wilcox⁽¹³⁴⁹⁾ was born about 1782.
1906 iii. Achsah Wilcox⁽¹³⁵⁰⁾ was born in 1784. She died on 27 Sep 1787.
1907 iv. Philemon Wilcox⁽¹³⁵¹⁾ was born in 1786 in West Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT. He died in 1787.
