Notes for Ganell Howard: Per Aunt Emma Moore's notes, Ganell had a big, big family. She wrote the following under this name: "Big family. I mean big like Grandma Emmas. Ain't it awful not to know all of Cribbs. Wish I knew every one of Cribbs. Familys ?. I count all names Cribbs. I do wish I did know all so I could write and write them. My youngins say I am kin to everybody. I told them not to marry anyone unless I knew who they were. They might marry 1st cousins. My grand girls told me, if they ever loved some one not to tell them they were real kine to each other. I will always think of my 1st cousins as brothers and sisters (sound crazy ?)."
